Emunah means faith
Not faith as a declaration — faith as something you keep. Showing up when you said you would. Doing the small thing carefully when nobody is watching. Being the same person on a hard day as on an easy one.
That is what families are really asking for when they call us. Not a service package — the confidence that someone reliable is with the person they love, and that they will do it again tomorrow.
How we work
Care that fits one household
Every family who calls us is somewhere different. Some need a few hours so they can go back to work. Some need someone through the night so they can finally sleep. Some are not sure yet what they need, and are calling to find out.
So we start by coming out to the home — free, with nothing to sign. We meet the person who needs care, and the family around them, and we look at the house itself: the stairs, the bathroom, the walk to the car. Then we tell you plainly what we would recommend and what it would cost.
If the plan stops fitting, we change it. Needs move, and a care plan that cannot move with them is not much use to anybody.
And we answer the phone — days, nights, weekends and holidays. A great deal of what makes care feel safe is simply knowing that somebody picks up.
